Fall Workshops!!!

Balance on a Star is very excited to be offering specialty workshops this fall.

As workshops fill and we hear more about you interests we will add to this list. Let us know if you would like to see something and what you are planning on attending.

Tara’s workshops are planned to address specific yoga goals.

Autumn Equinox Transitional Practice
will help your body and mind adjust from the long days of summer
to cooler, shorter days of fall.
Sunday, September 27 ~ Noon – 1:30pm
Yoga Basics
is a great intro to those new to yoga and perfect place for the more experienced student to get adjusted and learn to create better alignment with their unique body.
Sunday, October 4 ~ 4:00 – 5:30pm
Each Yoga Therapy workshop will look at specific parts of the body. We will access flexibility and strength imbalances and practice ways  to help remedy them. You will leave with tools that you can use on your own or think about where ever you practice yoga next. 
Yoga Therapy ~ feet, ankles, and lower legs
Sunday, October 11 ~ 6:30 – 8:00pm
Yoga Therapy ~ knees, hips and pelvic floor
Sunday, October 18 ~  4:00 – 5:30pm
 Yoga Therapy ~ core muscles and lower back
Sunday, October 25 ~ 6:30 – 8:00pm
Yoga Therapy ~ shoulders, chest and upper back
Sunday, November 1 ~  4:00 – 5:30pm
Yoga Therapy ~ hands, wrists and neck
Sunday, November 8 ~ Noon – 1:30pm
