Athlete Special! Two, 1-hour sessions for $145.00 (15% savings- must purchase and schedule the first session in March)
Are you a regular runner, biker, golfer, swimmer, tennis player or hiker? Do you have another sport or activity that you love? In these two sessions, Tara will create a short stretching routine for you to do right after your activity of choice that will help you recover faster, feel better then next day and have more mobility the next time. These sessions will be designed very specifically to you, your activity, your bio-mechanics and your schedule.
