Mindful Tools on the Mat –  Workshop Reminder!!!!  Last two of the year. 

This Sunday, December 11 we will work on opening our heart to finish 2016 and welcome 2017.  The workshop on December 18 will be on harnessing your thoughts of the past, present and future to live the life you want. 

Mindful Tools can help to create greater focus, increase overall attention and cultivate a sense of well begin or equanimity.

Each session will focus on specific mindfulness tools that can be used on or off the mat. The asana (posture) practice will start slowly, creating a perfect environment to practice these tools. The middle of the practice will provide more challenge to the body physically and to the mind to stay focused and calm. We will conclude with a short restorative practice leaving you refreshed and ready for the week to come.

All yoga workshops are from 5:00-6:30pm
