What’s in a name?
As you might have noticed our name has changed. Mindful Difference much better represents the work Tara has been doing the last couple years and plans to expand on in the future. Whether Tara is guiding a restorative, gentle, or more powerful yoga practice- part of what sets her apart from other teachers is the awareness she cultivates around the breath, mediation and mindfulness tools used in yoga. This fall you will also see Mindfulness and Meditation specific workshops- or those done off that mat.
