Yoga Workshops ~ Mindful Tools on the Mat
Mindful Tools can help to create greater focus, increase overall attention and cultivate a sense of well begin or equanimity.
5 sessions are schedule for early fall. Each will focus on specific mindfulness tools that can be used on or off the mat. The asana (posture) practice will start slowly, creating a perfect environment to practice these tools. The middle of the practice will provide more challenge to the body physically and to the mind to stay focused and calm. We will conclude with a short restorative practice leaving you refreshed and ready for the week to come.

November 20 ~ The sense of taste

All yoga workshops are from 5:00-6:30pm
